Can I use the discount code I just received If I already ordered?

I am a KPN subscriber for internet&TV almost 1 year. I applied on portal  KPN 2 years mobile subscription  at 03.12.2023. The new subscription will start on 2nd January. But, I received  a letter from KPN at 22.12.2023 which consists of additional discount code.  I am wondering  whether I can benefit from this discount ? or what should I do

    Hi, i don't think the additional discount has been applied if you received it after you ordered the original subscription on the third of December . These kind of offers can't be applied retroactively. I would advise you to contact customer support at 0800-0402 or visit a local KPN Store.
