Can't send text to 6688 to confirm my number retention

Hello, So I'm having some issues with confirming my number one of the messages I was sent said I had to send " yes" to 6688 bur for some reason I can said tye message is there other way to confirm my number I tried calling the customer service but it's in Dutch which I don't understand.

Hi @Dnkasa, welcome to our forum! The quickest and easiest way would be by text, is it possible to try and send this from a different phone? (with your own simcard) it could also be something of a setting on your phone.

If that does not work calling 0800-0402 is the next easiest step. Our computer should understand basic english and put you through to an operator regardless. Keep in mind we're not open 24x7 for these operations. 

You can reach us: Monday/Friday from 08.00 to 20.00. Saturday from 08.00 to 17.00 

If there's a KPN Shop near you you can also discuss these things there!
