Can't use mobile internet at all in Belgium

I have set up an e-sim card at one of your offices and the person, who set up my account assured me that I don't need it anymore and that I will have internet in Belgium included where I resign right now but the internet is terrible and the nearest KPN kiosk is 6-8 hours away from me as that much time it took me to go there and come back I have unlimited internet subscription and I can't use the internet at all, I followed all the steps I found in the past 3 hours but no solutions I tried calling all the customer support lines no answer I set up an appointment from the chat bot and nobody called, absolutely terrible service if you can't provide me with internet terminate my number I don't want to pay for nothing. My Bulgarian (poorest country in EU) sim card have 4 G while KPN is on roaming don't call yourselves the best internet suppliers!

Hi ​@Gabrielzzz, welcome to the community. If you have the Unlimited subscription, you should be able to use it. That also works in the rest of EU. Is roaming activated on your phone? Can you explain the steps you have taken? You said you've followed steps you found, but I don't know which those are. We don't see what you see, only what you tell us. To help you, we need more information.
