Vanuit het buitenland is KPN klantenservice bereikbaar via +31 6 12001200

Houd hierbij rekening met buitenbundel belkosten. Binnen de EU valt het binnen jouw bundel.

Je kan ook online een terugbelafspraak maken, dan belt een medewerker terug op een moment dat het jou gelegen komt. Pas op: terugbellen kan alleen naar een (ander) Nederlands (mobiel) nummer.

Je kunt KPN ook een bericht sturen via social media. Je vindt KPN op deze social media kanalen: Instagram, Facebook of X.

Stuur daar je vraag via een privébericht en je krijgt zo snel mogelijk reactie.
