I received a bill in email and i assume my previous bank account (Latvian) didn’t fit for it and i change it to dutch bank account. Am I supposed wait till it charges automatically or i have to pay manually?

I'd also advise you to call us on 0800-0402 on business days between 8:00 - 18:00 and on Saturdays between 8:00 - 17:00. Ask there if your bank account number can be changed, to prevent you from having to pay manually all the time.
