I have the same problem. I am trying to contact customer support in both 0800-0402 and +31 6 1200 1200 but the menu is in Dutch (Unfortunately I am not speaking any) and I can not proceed to the representative. I am interested to change my KPN subscription plan (is expired) to prepaid. Can you please advise what to do?

2) Choose there Mobiel
3) From the next options choose: Ik heb een andere vraag of wil graag contact
4) Scroll down the page until you see: Direct antwoord via Chat
