Changing transfer date from Lebara to KPN SIM

I am currently using Lebara prepaid sim and have purchased KPN postpaid sim. My lebara prepaid has credits until 30th November and I intend to convert it to KPN post that. But my stupidity, that I sent ‘’JA” to 6688 allowing them to transfer the number from Lebara to KPN. Is there anyway to delay this and change the date of activating to KPN from December 1st?

Hi Ujval! That's unfortunate. I would advise you to contact our administrative department tomorrow on 0800-0402. Maybe there is still time to cancel this request and re-enter it on a later date. I can't guarantee this though because of the involvement of Lebara in this situation.
