Contract ended but mobile still works; how do I terminate contract?

Hello!I bought KPN mobile for 1 month only. My Mobile KPN contract end at 10-12-2021, but mobile and mobile-internet still works and renew each day. How can I terminate my contract?

Hello @zzzteph, your contract even for one month does not endautomatically. You need to inform KPN that you want to cancel your contract. You can contact the customer service by using the free of charge number 0800-0402 and inform KPN that you want to end the contract,.
