Extra kosten buiten de bundel, met onbeperkt bellen abonnement [ENGLISH]

Hi, I am getting a 56 eur bill for “Extra consumption costs for the current period” because calling “Service numbers”. How is it possible if I have unlimited phone calls in my contract?

You can call “Service numbers” (090x, 18xy, 084, 087) within your contract. However the extra costs, charged by those numbers for the “service” they provide, are not included in your contract.
