For about 3 days - I no longer receive any visual voicemails.

What have I done to solve the problem?

Called KPN service - they said there were NO issues on the KPN configuration - and who advised the device should be viewed by a technician

Went to the apple store and had them look at the device - it is perfect - no issues - they say it is KPN where the issue lies.

I have reset network settings

Checked that I have roaming on

I have unlimited data - so not the issue

Turned the flight mode on and off

Turned the telefon on and off

Voice mail tests:

Tested by calling myself from another phone - left a voice mail yesterday at 3pm - never showed up on my phone.

Tested by having a colleague call me (40 minutes ago - where she left a voicemail for me) - 40 minutes later it is not on my cell phone.  Called 1233 - and it says there are no voicemails for me.

I have pulled out the SIM card and reinserted it - I get no voicemails.

This is a new iphone 14 - and I’m surprised that this is not working.  Please advise further actions to repair?
