Hi, I have a subscription from July in the Netherlands. But I’m now move back to my own country, and I already closed my bank account, return my resident permit and deregister my address. How can I cancel my subscription?

If you're no longer within the contract term for your subscription you can cancel it by calling us on 0800-0402 (or 0031612001200 from abroad).

If you're stil within your contract it's a bit more complicated. I'm afraid it's all in dutch but all the information about this is is on kpn.com/emigreren
