I have a problem connecting in the app.

I activated yesterday my sun card and when I am trying to enter the app in order to see the details of my subscription, a message saying that my data are not know is appeared.

Please for your actions.

Have you connected your mobile subscription to your MijnKPN yet?

Thanks for the screenshot and your number @Anastasiavelli, I removed it from your picture because this is a public forum.

However I can't find that number in our systems. Are you sure it's a KPN number? Maybe you made a typo?
I added the number from your picture to your profile, could you double check it?
Also I forgot to add, but if it's a prepaid number you'll need the prepaid app instead of the regular app.

To be honest I don’t know anything about because it is supplied by my company.

I ordered it internally and then I received a package with my sim, it’s for sure kpn.

Also I tried with the prepaid app but nothing. I entered the number and I didn’t receive the verification code.


ohh could it be that your employer is the owner of this number and this is a business subscription? 
Because in that case you'll also not be able to use this app.
