Hello,

I accidentally made an order that I would like to cancel right away, but I do not know how! I do not speak Dutch, so I do not know whether that would be a problem.

I really need help!

Accidentally… oké… Call the customer service: 0800 0402. They open at 8:00.

Hello, I tried calling, but it was in Dutch, so unfortunately, it was not much help.

Well you are in the Netherlands so… if you hold the line or say your question, you should be transferred to a customer service representative.
