I don't understand why I was charged £ 24.90 for the month of November.last month before leaving the netherlands i canceled my subscription correctly and i also received the termination email. what should i do to get this money back?

Now you're wondering why you have received another invoice, despite receiving confirmation of your cancellation. At KPN, you pay your invoice in advance. When creating the invoice, our system looks at the status of your subscription at that current moment, not taking into account any future changes. But no worries, because once your subscription has ended and the next invoice is due, our system will recognise the termination and reimburse whatever amount you have paid too much.
