Since 22nd of OCtober i don’t have any mobile internet. the connection is strong, but it shows letter E next to the bars and there is no mobile internet. I have iphone 11 and when i called Lebara, they said that tere is a problem with iphone 11s. What is the solution?

I am afraid there is no direct solution. But since you are a Lebara customer, they should service you.
