I have been using a prepaid SIM card from L-Mobi. I ordered KPN SIM card with the order number S5775808 while keeping the current phone number. However, I am not able to send an SMS to 6688.

I also cannot properly reach out to Call Center because of the language barrier.

Could you please help me regarding number portability?

Hi @hsakdemir , unfortunately this happens more often, especially with LycaMobile. 

When you call KPN at 0800-0402 they can help you with this. Keep your customernumber at hand. You will be asked for that as verification.

Say “I speak English” to the VRS (Voice Response System) a couple of times, then you should get a person on the line. English is spoken. Alternative: visit a KPN store.
