I don't really understand what you are saying. It's about the incasso.. Do you want to move / shift the incasso untill later? You can ask for some days more to pay. You can make this appointment online, via our website.

    @Danyal, you can make an appointment for that, via the website https://www.kpn.com/service/administratie/facturen/online-betaalafspraak-maken.htm#/0000.1 . You fill in your data (client number and bank account last 3 digits), and you can select a new data (within 4 weeks) when you are ready to pay.
