Is it possible to have corperate mobile subscription for a company from a foreign country?

A company belongs to another EU country and it's only registered as a foreign employer in the Netherlands, but most of its employees work abroad. Is it still possible for the company to sign a corporate mobile subscription with KPN?

If the company in question has a Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number, only then can it apply for a subscription. Otherwise, it won’t be possible.

Would it be an option to take out a subscription yourself and then declare the costs? Just thinking along with you :)
