Is it possible to switch from prepaid KPN to a subscription for Ukrainian refugees?

Please tell me, is it possible to switch from prepaid kpn to a subscription for Ukrainian refugees? Or maybe there are other rates in prepaid kpn. Since 5gb is too small and too expensive

Hi @Yaroslav! Welcome to the KPN forum. 

I would love to help with this. But I`m afraid it may not be possible.

Reason for this is that to order a KPN mobile subscription you need to be in possession of a valid passport for the Netherlands or another European country. If you don't have that then unfortunately we can't sell you a subscription.
