Hello,  Today I went to a KPN store and I purchased a SIM-only subscription, I got the sim card, the guy told me that the sim card is activated and everything is all good,  and then I left, after one hour I put my kpn sim card and is not working, I am wondering if the sim card is even activated, is there someone who can help me??? thank you

Thank you for your message! The sim-card should be activated by the shop but if it's not working perhaps something went wrong. Sometimes a reboot helps or removing/replacing the simcard but if that does not work it's best that you contact us.
The quickest way to contact us is by phone on 0800-0402 or in a physical shop if you have one nearby.

If not, we can always take a look as well. Could you update your profile with your address, phonenumber and could you add the last 3 digits of your IBAN in the “persoonlijke opmerkingen”field?
