Kan simkaart niet ontgrendelen

Hey!any idea ASAP? I need to enter the pin to open the sim card that’s locked. However, that’s only 3 digits which is what I usually have is 4 digits. Can you help me? asap thanks

Hi @Estherinanangoy, welcome! I have no idea, to be honest. You mean there are only three dots to type in a number? Have you tried it three times? Then it wil ask for a pukcode. I can help you with that. Could you update your forum profile with your 06-number, adresss, customernumber and simcard number (persoonlijke opmerkingen)? Let me now when you updatet it, I will look into it.
