Hello,

I lost my sim card and I would like to continue using the same number; however, when I press “ simkaart aanvragen”, it sayd I am not able to do so. In the beginning it was a prepaid cart but later I got a subscription to the same number. How can I order a sim card when I can’t do it online?

First of all did you block your current sim-card yet? You can do this on this page

Requesting a new sim-card for your post-paid subscription should work through the option in your MijnKPN.
The other form (for prepaid) would not work in this situation. 

If that still does not work we can also request a new one for you but we'll need some information first.
Could you update your profile? Could you include your address, customer number and add the last 3 digits of your IBAN in the “persoonlijke opmerkingen”field? Please let me know when you’ve filled it in so I can take a look!
