Hello all,

I am using KPN mobile (3 numbers), TV and Internet and also Netflix on KPN facture.  When I was signing I was suggested curtain discounts. This was before 4 months, just today I realized that I am not receiving any of the discounts. So I connected with the KPN and changed that. But my question is  how I will be compensate for the missed months without the discount ? This are 15 Euro per month which I have paid without any reason ?!

Hi @MartiG, welcome to the forum! If we had an agreement to give you a certain discount but you haven't received it, we can make a credit for those costs! Could you add your contact info to your account here? Please let me know when this is done!
