Hi, yesterday I signed a contract for sim only, just the mobile internet. I put it in my phone and it doesn't work. I checked also on other phone and same problem. I don't know what else I can do.

I've taken a look at the order and see it's currently stuck in our system. I'm afraid there's no way I can fix that myself but our backoffice is working on it.
As soon as they've fixed it you'll get notified.
Usually this is fixed within 4 office hours but sometimes this can take a bit longer but no longer than 5 workdays.
