Mobile number that transferred from Lebara to KPN not working

Hi,
i have ported my number from lebara to kpn recently but when i try to send the messaeg to 6688 with YES or JAJA, it doesnt seem to go. i am out of the netherlands now and need to start using kpn sim immediately. please help me.  my lebara sim has also stopped working now and i am in deep trouble.. please help ASAP!!!

Hello @Port number issue, as i understand you did not receive an e-mail with the transferdate? So that we transfer your number from Lebara to the KPN mobile network. If you cant the Text message with your Lebara simcard, you can contact the customer service and tell KPN what the client number of Lebara is and KPN will start the number transfer.
