My Multisim activation seems stuck in a loop since ordering and activating this weekend. What do I need to do in order to get it activated again?

We've seen multiple cases recently where some orders got stuck in our system. It usually takes up to 5 working days to get this fixed by our backoffice, if those have passed we can make a ticket for these orders.
If that's the case the quickest route is giving us a call on 0800-0402 where my colleagues can make a ticket for you!
