Hello. My husband was trying to get ahold of me one day when I didn't have my phone on me. Then his calls automatically went to voicemail and my phone doesn't ring at all when he tries to call me. I believe KPN blocked his phone number from calling me, despite the fact we are on the same plan and his phone number was in my contacts. Is there any way to undo this?
Hello. I am an Expat with an eSIM for my home country's phone number and a physical KPN SIM. When I am at home, I keep my phone on airplane mode so I can recieve all calls and texts without the out of country charges. (It forces calls and text to go through WIFI instead of the cell network, must have WIFI Calling enabled!)
The problem is, when I leave my flat, I turn off Airplane mode, and sometimes my phone will be fine, but most of the time, I have to restart my phone because my cell connection disappears and leaves me without any access to anything, or I have cell connection, even having full bars, but no data and calls or texts still dont go through. My husband and I are on the same plan, and his phone has no trouble when mine is. Is there a way to fix this without removing the eSIM?Â
Extra information: I have a Samsung S22 Ultra, my husband's is a Pixel 7 Pro. I did not have these problems with my eSIM in my home country.Â
