i am having same problem i am in Canada and my mobile data does not working. Calling is fine

Welcome to our forum @Farai Maphosa! Could you check out the tips on our information page on roaming abroad? Chances are one of these will provide the answer for  you.

If those haven't helped, please start by manually changing carrier on your phone. 

Also, do you by chance have anyone else there who also uses KPN? If so, could you confirm they do or do not have signal?
