I went to a store and signed up for a mobile plan (new number, so it’s not waiting on an old contract to end).
We entered all my info, and they said that it can take anywhere from five minutes to an hour for the subscription to activate, so they said I could go out to get some food and then come back to put in the sim card and finish setting things up. When I got back it was still processing. They said they could get the sim in my phone and it should automatically activate and send me a text once things finish processing.
The following day, I still had no service. I checked the KPN app and saw a “check your order status” button and it shows a screen that says:

Deze bestelling wordt niet geleverd:
Geen toestel
KPN SuperUnlimited+ en onbeperkt bellen/sms
I got on a call with customer service and they said they were unable to help me and said that it was still in processing and they were unable to provide me any more info.
I have no idea whether things are actually still processing or cancelled, and what I should be doing at this point in order to actually get phone service. Is my order still active? If not, why was it cancelled and how do I get phone service?
