Hi there, 2 issues with my SIM Only plan:
1. No mobile data after receiving the new SIM - (subscription SIM Only) and requesting for my previous number to be ported (old SIM is prepaid Vodafone).
2. Previous number not trasferred. Email states that the number was ported in date 17/07, but it’s still active as of today 18/07.
Activation of new SIM done (as I received it via courier it was already active) and I can receive SMS to the new number, but no data.
SIM installed ok, (I have a dual SIM device) phone turned off and on.

Can you help/advise?
