No data and no ported number on a new SIM

Hi there, 2 issues with my SIM Only plan:
1. No mobile data after receiving the new SIM - (subscription SIM Only) and requesting for my previous number to be ported (old SIM is prepaid Vodafone).
2. Previous number not trasferred. Email states that the number was ported in date 17/07, but it’s still active as of today 18/07.
Activation of new SIM done (as I received it via courier it was already active) and I can receive SMS to the new number, but no data.
SIM installed ok, (I have a dual SIM device) phone turned off and on.

Can you help/advise?

Did you manage to get everything working in the meantime? It can take a while before you get a reaction here.

The quickest way to get into contact with us will be by phone on 0800-0402 or in a physical shop
