I have been using KPN for several years, and I had no trouble of accessing the internet in Belgium. But it started not working mid-February. I tried a couple of things. For example, if I turn off/on my phone (iPhone SE 2016), it makes the network back, but only for a few seconds. I also tried another phone (iPhone 8 ) with the same SIM card. It didn’t work. Additionally I waited for a new month, March. The problem still persists.
Another strange thing is that I have two KPN phone numbers with an identical subscription, and this problem is found only with one of the phone numbers.
Could you help me for this annoying problem?
