I haven't used a KPN SIM card for a long time. And now I inserted it into my phone and saw that there is no network(I am in Amsterdam all the time) and the message does not arrive accordingly. What is the problem? Or is my SIM card blocked due to a long period of non-use? what can I do? bc I just need to get 1 sms on this number and thats it

I'm afraid receiving text messages does not count as being used in this case as it does not use credit.
If you're in the period after the 6 months and it has been blocked, but before the 9 months where it expires you can reactivate it by purchasing credit
If the 9 months have passed the number has expired and you can't reactivate it.

Hi @Yuliia Kovalchuk, welcome to our community! If you havent used your prepaid simcard for 6 months it will be blocked. After that it will expire in 3 months unless you purchase some more credit. After that it will expire permanently

Okay. But please tell me something else… that number is used in the DIGid application, that is, SMS confirmations come to that number every time I log in, and I can only change the number by logging in to the application.. that is, everything is very confusing. What cn i do in this case? is it possible to reactivate number?
