Number did not transfer no new phone: no mobile service

Hello,

I transferred everything over to my new iPhone but the number did not.  Now I have new service and to replace the e-sim the phone needs a qr code or to be done manually with information provided by the network provider.  How do I get these? I am unable to call the kpn number as I have no mobile service.

Hello Amy does this concern a new subscription or did you already have a subscription with KPN? If it concerns a new subscription you should have received an e-mail providing you with information about activating the E-sim. You should:

  • Create a KPN ID
  • Couple your order to the KPN ID
  • Download the “MijnKPN App” on you're new phone
  • Follow the steps for downloading the E-Sim in the “MijnKPN app” 

You can read the instructions on the page: E-sim downloaden en instellen but these instructions are in the Dutch.  

 

Are you near a KPN shop? I would otherwise advise you to visit my colleagues so the can assist you in person with this issue.
