nummerbehoud sms

Hello,
my wife received yesterday the message asking to sms "JA" to 6688, for the nummerbehoud. She already received an identical message (and answered it) several days ago; we also received the email confirming the nummerbehoud, and her KPN contract (with the same number as before) is already active and seems to be working fine.
Why did she receive this message? Was it by mistake? Btw, we tried to send "JA" again, but we get a "failed delivery" message in return.

Hello @carlobertinetto, if the numbers are already active and you have a confirmation of the "nummerbehoud" then you can ignore the last textmessage.
