Payment options at the door to the courier for new mobile phone contract?

Hi!

I have searched but could not find any information regarding this.

If I have ordered a mobile with subscription and I am suppose to pay a one time fee at the door. Does the courier accept MasterCard then? And does it also have to be the same card that is connected to the IBAN that I registered in the order to create the subscription?

Hi @Alexander Alex, welcome! You've come to the right place :) The one time fee at the door needs to be paid with the debit card connected to the same IBAN used when registering the subscription.
