I have been trying to cancel my contract and pay off my bill from abroad for 6 months. I immediately need another iDeal link emailed to me so I can pay. I’ve tried calling. I’ve written letters. This is horrible, I jsut want to pay it and be over. I can’t even access the mobile number anymore from the states. Please, for the love of God, help me because I can’t take this anymore. I just want to pay my phone bill and cancel it.
