Problem sms 6688 to transfer number from Lyca to KPN

I have a number in Lyca.  I want to transfer and keep my number, but cannot confirm this with SMS 6688

If sending the SMS to 6688 doesn’t work, you can phone KPN customer service on 0800-0402 (toll-free). Keep your customer number from Lyca at hand, then KPN can sort this out for you.

Is Lyca blocking you from calling 0800 numbers? I’ve heard that before. Try calling +31612001200

    Of course I tried to call, but it doesn't work.
