Requesting a new KPN sim card and keeping my present phone number (KPN)

Dear Madam/Sir,

First of all I would like to apologize you for the email written into English due to my Dutch language problem.
Respectfully, I would like to order for a KPN sim card keeping my phone number for other new mobile phone, I fear if I use my old sim card, I face problem, please how must I do to get a new sim card with same number? I have hearing problem in phone call and for this reason I used KPN community, thanking for your attention.

      Hi ​@shahram-m , you can order a new (replacement) SIM card online via the MijnKPN app.

      For a subscription the card is free of charge, a prepaid SIM card costs € 4,99

        Hi ​@shahram-m. Welcome to the KPN Community! It is no problem that you write in English, we are happy to help you. If you would like to use a new SIM card with the same phone number for your new phone, you can request a replacement SIM card. Your phone number will remain the same.

        RBxx has already explained in his message above how you can request this. Has it worked out for you in the meantime?
