Hey! Coming back to that.. How can you get a residence permit if you are an EU citizen and, by default, you don't need/ can't get one?

Good afternoon and welcome @Ilias Panagiotopoulos. You will need a proof of residency next to a EU passport. If it is possible for you to obtain one, then i have tot give you bad news. Without that document it is not possible to subscribe to KPN Mobile.
