SIM Delivery Cancelled, what should I do next?

Hi, i am a first time sign up. I had a courier come but i was unable to complete the order.

Haven't received any communications on how to book a new time to do this? or am i supposed to complete the whole sign up process again?

Hi @Jacob Dawjee, did you ask for only a sim card or also a telephone? Usually if it's just a sim card, it will be delivered by post. Isn't that what happened in your case? If it wasn't possible to deliver, it could be that the order was cancelled. But you should receive confirmation by e-mail. If there is anything I can do for you, please let me know. If you have to order again, you best call us (0800-0402).
