I have changed my subscription, i recieved the Sim card week ago and is still not activated. After speaking with customer service they only tell me that the card is active but it is not. What is the solution for this problem??

I've taken a quick look at your phone number. You're currently transitioning from prepaid to a subscription which takes a little bit longer. For now I'd like to ask you to be patient for a little while longer. We're keeping an eye on it for you.

I tried but i didn’t recieve activation code, i requested new one but still didn’t arrive. I have also read and actually is written that i don’t actually need it because is new subscription with new sim card and should be active the moment I try to call someone.


@Francesco91  For new prepaid numbers the activation process is indeed simply making a call  but with a postpaid subscription the simcard still needs to be activated manually with an activation code. Are you receiving the mails with these codes? You can also find these on https://mijn-bestelling.kpn.com/ 


@Thomas i haven’t recieve any email not even for my new subscription i just recieved the package by currier.
