Sim only subscription for a European Citizen

Hello everyone!

I would like to activate a monthly-terminable SIM Only subscription with Unlimited Data as a non-Dutch (but still European) Citizen. I saw on your website that Italian ID (for identification) and Italian IBAN (for payment) are accepted, are they valid in-store too?

What documents and information are needed to activate the subscription directly in a KPN Shop?

Hi @Piero.97 and welcome to our forum! We offer those kinds of subscriptions, and our stores accept these ID papers so that should definitely be possible. 🙂 When you order the Unlimited subscription you can choose what identification papers you'll be using. Those are the only ones you'll need to show the courier. Just make sure that all the data is entered correctly and all matches your ID papers, or the order can't be delivered.
