Simonly contract with a Polish passport

Hello, I would like to buy a SIM card subscription with unlimited internet in the Netherlands, I have a bank account in nl. I am also registered to an address in the Netherlands. I have a Polish passport.  Can I sign a contract on kpn.nl?

The system in the website only recognizes dutch ID cards. That said, I know that the KPN stores do accept foreign ID cards as an identification method.
