This device does not support e-sim on iPhone 13 Pro

I have an Iphone 13Pro and recently I changed my subscription to KPN. I had followed the steps to install the e-Sim by MijnKPN app but I receive a message “This device does not support e-Sim”. I am sure the phone can support multiple e-sims.

I also had tried to add it manually, but it asks me a SM-DP+ that I cannot find. 

 

Can somebody has an idea how to solve it? Thank you in advance.

The problem was resolved. The problem was related to the App version. After updating the App the issue was solved.
