Please help. I renewed the contract with iPhone 14 and I have a problem with e-SIM, I can't transfer the number to a new phone, and I reset my old iPhone 13. Please help!

If e-sim is no longer working you can request a physical sim-card with which you can reactivate e-sim again.
You can do this in a physical shop or by calling us on 0800-0402
