Hi,

I am trying to set up my new phone and trying to activate an esim on the phone. I just ordered a new physical sim from KPN (because I have a non-eu id) and I inserted it in another phone to activate it. However, when I try to add a subscription to KPN, it says that my number was not found. My number is also stated in my profile so I know that KPN has my number but I cannot activate the esim without adding the subscription.
