Hello. For 2 days already I can’t top-up internet by activating 2GB extra bundle. It’s showing that there is techincal issue. So what’s the problem KPN?

“Unlimited internet” when you have only 20GBs/per day available and you have to use some bundles which don’t even work and are annoying to use. I wanted to understand how do you improve the quality of internet with these magical bundles?

Are you trying to top up via your MijnKPN account? Of via text message by sending NL2000 AAN to 1266?
