Unlimited bundles are not working

Hello. For 2 days already I can’t top-up internet by activating 2GB extra bundle. It’s showing that there is techincal issue. So what’s the problem KPN?

I'm sorry to hear you're facing difficulties activating the top up bundles 😕 Are you trying to top up via your MijnKPN account? Of via text message by sending NL2000 AAN to 1266?

“Unlimited internet” when you have only 20GBs/per day available and you have to use some bundles which don’t even work and are annoying to use. I wanted to understand how do you improve the quality of internet with these magical bundles?
