Hi,

I am leaving the Netherlands permanently and would like to cancel my contract. Is there an early termination fee? How can I cancel the contract ?

Hey there @NimaL Sorry to see you go! If you leave permanently you can cancel your contract without a termination fee. You'll need to fill in this form on our website and add some documents. It's written in Dutch, but I'm sure you'll manage. If you need assistance though, you can always contact our customer service by calling 0800-0402.
