VoLTE on Samsung Galaxy S10 (SM-G973F)

Hello,
I’m recently switch to KPN, and notice that on my phone VoLTE is not working anymore?
I’ve checked settings and other things and all looks like configured correct? Could someone advise how I can enable VoLTE on my Samsung phone?

When you make a call do you still see the 4G logo in the top panel?

If so then VoLTE is working, if it isn't working your phone will switch back to 2G.

Based on what do you come to that conclusion @Alexander M. ?

On my Samsung Galaxy S10 (G973F) VoLTE works fine.

Via Settings → Connections → Mobile networks I can switch VoLTE on or off.

I can not see this VoLTE logo in the top panel of my Samsung phone, like before. I guess this is an indication about VoLTE status…

On my Samsung I've never seen that logo in the top panel. Not with KPN nor my previous provider. The phone doesn't switch back to 2G so i'm certain that VoLTE is working.

I've found more complaints via Google about this missing logo, but no solutions.

I've tried to call now and yes, LTE working during the call. It's weird that there is no VoLTE sign on the top, as well as HD Voice during a call like in all my previous telco providers.
