We live at *** *** and have a bad mobile reception. Usually we have only 1 or 2 bars showing. It applies to all our mobile devices/iPhones. We checked our settings but to no avail. 

Can you check if there is something wrong in our spot?

I tried to find a mobile account on the adress you provided but i couldn't find one. Are you sure you are using a KPN cellphone contract? Could you fill in your forumprofile with the information i need to help you?
The part which says "persoonlijke opmerkingen” you can fill in your cellphone number and last 3 digits of your bank account number for verification use. Can you give me a sign when you are done filling in?


I have a contract with budget mobiel but I understand that they use the KPN network. Should I contact the or can you also help me?
